The Dividend is designed after the Link model, but offers a slimmer build. Made in the USA, the Dividend is built with a thin composite steel blade in a stonewashed finish. Its handle has a gentle curve that fits easily in the hand for comfortable use. The Dividend comes with a reversible tip-up pocket clip for secure EDC.

This is a factory close-out and does not come with a box or warranty. It is a blem, with 4 X's on blade, denoting some cosmetic blemish found at the factory, but is in excellent mechanical working order. Usually the flaw is too small to notice. Kershaw can send any small parts for self-install. These knives is exceptionally clean .
